ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 24 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 24 hours to let you know your order is on the way!

When we ship your order, we indicate the carrier company, shipping date and estimated delivery date on Your Account page and in the shipment confirmation email. You can track your package in Your Customer Account.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

Please visit Cliff Keen Returns & Exchanges Portal to use our interactive returns and exchange portal. You'll be able to generate a return form and a self-addressed shipping label to send the product back to us.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please visit Cliff Keen Returns & Exchanges Portal to rectify the issue. You will be able to receive a replacement product at no cost to you.
